Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• A proven work experience in selling services in the financial sector is a significant advantage and at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
• Excellent understanding of technology, particularly in the context of financial services.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
