Nigerian Scholarship Award Criteria For Post-graduate Students

All graduate students should at least have a first degree with Second Class Honour Upper Division

Secondly, should also be a Full-Time students of any Federal or State Universities in Nigeria.

Nigerian Scholarship Award Criteria For Undergraduates Students

All undergrad must at least be a registered full-time students of any Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Colleges of Education in Nigeria and should be in their second year. 

Secondly, all NA undergraduate Scholarship applicants will also have a Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate (CGPA) of 4.0 on a five (5) point scale or its equivalents or 5.0 on a 7 point scale.

  1. Letter of Admission to the Institution
  2. Current Course Registration Form
  3. CGPA results of year 1, 2, 3, etc.
  4. Current School’s Identity Card
  5. Letter of Identification from your State/Local Government
  6. Two (2) passport size photographs with your name written at the back and duly signed by you.

General Instructions:

  • This NA scholarship is well-founded in Nigeria and takes effect from the beginning of the 2020/2021 academic session.
  • Secondly, this scholarship shall not be held at the same time with another Award nor for part-time studies.
  • Note: A Change of course or Institution is not allowed.
  • The Purpose of Nigeria Scholarship award will help a successful candidate pay his or her:
    • School charges including Text-books, accommodation and other expenses.
  • During the scholarship enrollment process, all candidates are expected to indicate the following:
    • All candidates are advised to choose a Computer Based Test Centre (CBT) very close to them.
    • Select a programme favourable to you in order of priority (i.e. Nigerian Award).
