Job Requirements
- B.Eng. / HND in Facility Management, Civil Engineering or Building Engineering or any other related discipline.
- 3 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or management.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement efficient solutions quickly.
- Experience in managing budgets and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
