 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-10 years experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
