 Job Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of OND / HND degree in any discipline
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Previous experience as a contact center agent in a retail store.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Residency in Victoria Island or its environs.
• Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
