Job Title: IT Analytics and Reporting Engineer (Power BI)

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced IT Analytics and Reporting Engineer to join our team. As an IT Analytics and Reporting Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI and other tools.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop analytics solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data lakes to support analytics and reporting
• Create data models, data governance policies, and data quality standards
• Work with IT teams to integrate analytics and reporting solutions with existing systems and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot analytics and reporting issues and perform maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, project management or any related field
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI and other data relevant data analytics and reporting certifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT analytics and reporting
• Advanced skills in Power BI and data visualization

• Report and dashboard accuracy
• Data refresh rate
• Report delivery time
• Dashboard Performance
• Error Resolution Time
• Report Automation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView)
• Knowledge of big data technologies (SQL databases)
• Certification in Power BI or other analytics tools
• Experience with cloud-based analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
