Job Title: Sales Manager
Activities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific goals and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [2 years] experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.

- Familiarity with sales tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
