Job Title: Construction Manager

Activities

Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
Monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Resource Management:

Manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.

Site Safety Management:

Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on the construction site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Budget and Cost Control:

Monitor project budgets and track expenditures.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to control costs.
Prepare and submit regular cost reports to the project manager.

Liaison:

Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the project manager, architects, engineers, and construction team

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
