Job Title: Head of Sales – Energy Business (IT Solutions for the Energy / Oil & Gas Sector)
Activities
- Achieve quarterly and yearly business unit targets.
- Create and implement growth strategies.
- Expand Manifold’s presence in Energy/Oil & Gas sectors both vertically and horizontally.
- Foster C-level engagement in key accounts.
- Lead and close large deals.
- Set clear business objectives and manage budgets for the Energy Business Unit.
- Build and manage a strategic IT sales team.
- Drive research on industry-leading solutions and OEMs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage NPS.
Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions for the Energy/Oil & Gas sector.
- Extensive network in the Energy industry (Nigeria or abroad) with C-level connections.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- 12+ years of sales experience in the technology sector, particularly in Energy.
- Familiarity with OEMs in EMEA.
- Experience with CRM software.
