Job Title: Business Development Manager
Activities
- Research and identify potential clients, business partners, and new markets for growth, with a focus on expanding the company’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to generate new business.
- Formulate strategic plans to achieve business development goals, including sales targets, market expansion, and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with new and existing clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust business development strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company’s services or products.
- Monitor business development performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and market opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
