Job Title: Group Finance Manager
Activities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and budgetary control
- Ensure accurate financial reporting (Nigerian regulations & international standards)
- Manage cash flow, investments, capital expenditures, and asset registers
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Provide financial insights to senior management and the Board
- Lead and mentor finance teams across subsidiaries
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- ACA, ACCA, or CFA certification (advantageous)
- 10+ years finance experience (5+ years senior finance role in oil & gas)
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate finance
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
