Job Title: Group Executive Director, Operations
Activities
- Develop and implement operational strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead operational activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- Manage operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Promote a strong HSE culture and maintain quality assurance/control systems
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, regulators, and stakeholders
- Monitor performance using KPIs and track progress
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 15+ years of Drilling and Well Completion management experience
- In-depth knowledge of operational processes, project management, and industry regulations- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
