Job Title: Admin Assistant (Female)
Activities
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the childcare center.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communication with parents.
- Maintain and organize records of children, staff, and activities.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from parents and guardians.
- Support in organizing events, meetings, and staff training.
- Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and welcoming.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Female candidates only, must be based in or live close to Victoria Island, Lagos.
