Job Title: Fitness Coach / Trainer

Activities

• Assess clients’ fitness levels and health conditions to create tailored workout plans.
• Lead individual or group training sessions, focusing on strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness.
• Provide guidance on exercise techniques, proper equipment use, and injury prevention.
• Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed to ensure continued improvement.
• Offer nutritional advice to complement clients’ fitness regimes.
• Motivate and support clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Ensure the gym or fitness area is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to safety standards.
• Stay updated on new fitness trends, techniques, and equipment to provide clients with the best training experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various exercise programs, from weight training to cardio and flexibility exercises.
• Ability to develop safe, effective, and fun fitness programs.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Certification in personal training or fitness coaching
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices is a plus.
