Job Title: Fitness Coach / Trainer
Activities
- Assess clients’ fitness levels and health conditions to create tailored workout plans.
- Lead individual or group training sessions, focusing on strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness.
- Provide guidance on exercise techniques, proper equipment use, and injury prevention.
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed to ensure continued improvement.
- Offer nutritional advice to complement clients’ fitness regimes.
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Ensure the gym or fitness area is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to safety standards.
- Stay updated on new fitness trends, techniques, and equipment to provide clients with the best training experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various exercise programs, from weight training to cardio and flexibility exercises.
- Ability to develop safe, effective, and fun fitness programs.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Certification in personal training or fitness coaching
- Knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices is a plus.
