Job Title: Recruiter Specialist
Activities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote and implement best practices in diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process to attract a wide range of candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s brand through effective communication of our culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2years of experience in recruitment or sales recruitmentpreferably in [Real Estate Sector].
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in the recruitment process.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
