Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Activities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Give accurate direction to guests who visits the office
• Respond, thoroughly screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure front desk area is tidy at all time, with adequate working materials readily available.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 3 years work experience.
