Job Title: Website Support Specialist
Activities
- Upload and manage products on the website.
- Handle website inventory management and updates.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly.
- Manage website sales channels and ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- Previous experience in website management and customer support is an advantage.
- Must be entrepreneurial and able to take initiative.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site with minimal supervision.
- Applicants must live in Surulere.
