Job Title: Business Development Manager
Activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the consulting sector, focusing on industries relevant to the firm’s expertise.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Use strategic methods to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement Business Development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations slides, proposals, and profiles to clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value proposition.
- Negotiate, follow up, and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos Consulting market and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
