Job Title: Secretary
Activities
- Attendance to customers, handling inquires and complaints.
- Receive incoming calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, organization and keeping of files and records.
Candidate Profile
- HND / B.Sc in any relevant field of study
- 1- 2 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft word, Excel and Power point is an added advantage.
