Job Title: Architect

Activities

  • Develop creative architectural concepts for interior spaces, integrating aesthetic and functional design principles that meet the client’s vision and the company’s standards.
  • Analyze and optimize interior layouts for residential, commercial, and office spaces, ensuring the efficient use of space.
  • 3D Modeling and Visualization: Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D models to illustrate design concepts and present to clients.
  • Material Selection: Collaborate with the design team to select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that enhance the aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces.
  • Project Management: Oversee all stages of the design process, from initial concept to construction, ensuring all projects are completed according to plan, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, decorators, contractors, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of architectural and interior design elements.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate and present design concepts and project updates to clients, ensuring their requirements and preferences are met throughout the process.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review detailed architectural and construction documents, including blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably with experience in interior design or working in an interior decoration firm.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization techniques.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
