Job Title: Billing Officer
Activities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Process billing transactions, including invoicing, payment collection, and account adjustments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and billing information in the system.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency.
- Provide clear and effective communication regarding billing inquiries, account statuses, and payment options.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service and billing processes.
Candidate Profile
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service and billing.
- Proven track record of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
