Job Title: Customer Services Representative
Activities
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Provide product information and support.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Educate customers about products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing issues.
- Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.
- Inform customers about promotions or new products that may meet their needs.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should possess a BSC / HND Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in customer service system and basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Interpersonal relationship skill.
- Ability to handle multitask.
- Product Knowledge.
