Job Title: Customer Support Representative Intern
Activities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Assist clients with property inquiries, viewing schedules, and follow-up on requests.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and provide resolutions in a timely and
- Develop, write, and edit communication materials for the client relations department, including reports, newsletters, FAQs, and internal briefs.
Candidate Profile
- Must be currently serving in the NYSC program.
- A degree in any relevant field (preferably Business, Marketing, or Real Estate-related fields).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
