Job Title: Food Safety Quality Analyst

Activities

• Manage documentation and records to maintain audit readiness. Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead internal audits and management review meetings.
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees on food safety and quality policies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GFSI, FDA, and local regulations).

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• Certification in food safety auditing (e.g., CQA, CFSQA, or Lead Auditor).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food safety and quality control.
• In-depth knowledge of FSSC 22000, GFSI, and regulatory requirements.
