Job Title: Customer Success Specialist
Activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned users and drivers, providing end-to-end support and resolving any queries, complaints, or feedback.
- When necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Organize seminars, create community groups, and engage in promotional activities to increase user engagement and satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for building strong, active user communities.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure your assigned users are well taken care of.
- Step in when customer service reps are unavailable or overloaded, ensuring no user is left unattended.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, texts, chats, and visits to ensure users are satisfied, resolve their issues, and encourage them to maximize their experience.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should possess a BSc in a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology or transportation industries.
- Ability to work flexible hours, attend to user queries promptly and organize events as required.
