Job Title: Digital and New Media Marketer
Activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging and shareable content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Develop creative and compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, infographics, and videos.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Execute and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Planandexecuteemailmarketingcampaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analysis
- Monitorandoptimizeemailperformancemetrics.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure the organization’s website is optimized for user experience and searches.
- Regularly update website content and monitor site analytics.
- Plan, implemented, and optimized digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn ads.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing reports.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, detailing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Foster online community engagement through social media interactions, online forums, and other digital channels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and audience preferences in the digital landscape.
- Stay informed about competitors’ digital marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and content creation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and socialmediaanalytics.
- Strongcreativeandanalyticalskills.
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in new media and digital marketing.
