Job Title: Factory Technician
Activities
- Operate and maintain furniture production equipment (e.g., saws, sanders, CNC machines, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in factory machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on factory equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are in proper working condition.
- Work closely with production staff to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years experience as a factory technician in a furniture or manufacturing environment.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
