Job Title: AC / Ress Sales Executive
Activities
- Develop and execute market development and sales strategies for the company’s air conditioning products to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, identify customer needs, and provide professional solutions.
- Conduct regular market research, collect market information, and analyze market trends and competitors.
- Follow up on after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction, and handle customer complaints and suggestions.
- Assist the sales team in formulating sales strategies and plans to improve sales performance.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the air conditioning industry or solar, preferably with a customer database for buying ACs.
- Excellent market development skills and customer service awareness, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and resilience under pressure.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Strong desire to learn more, grow, and earn money.
