Job Title: Chief Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Implementation of the city development strategy.
- Development and implementation of project plans.
- Supervision of the in-house project teams and consistent review of their dashboards for effective performance.
Requirements
- A University Degree in Engineering, Town Planning, Urban Development, Project Management, Construction Management, Finance, or Economics or related field with a minimum of second-class division or equivalent.
- A relevant post-graduate degree and / or professional qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years cognate post-graduation experience at a senior technical level.
- Certification with appropriate and related professional bodies.
- Hands-on experience in project management skills and with IS-based project management tracking.
- Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
