Job Title: Sales Manager
Activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Track sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of various travel destinations and packages.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media.
