Job Title: Business Manager
Activities
- Develop and implement annual budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Oversee accounting and reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow and investments.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate team activities.
- Oversee property management and maintenance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth potential.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff.
- Manage employee performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Proven leadership and management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with property management software.
