Activities

• Collaborate with clients to assess their current business models and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement tailored business structuring solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with client objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Provide expert guidance on HR best practices, including talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
• Assist clients in developing HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and industry benchmarks.
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps in HR practices and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
• Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve consulting services.
• Lead or participate in consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and optimize resource allocation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business consulting, HR management, and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of business structuring principles and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in HR software and recruitment tools; familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
