Job Title: Business Development Officer
Activities
- Develop and implement business growth
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Pitch and present business proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and services
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in healthcare setting
- Experience with data analysis and market research tools
- Familiarity with sales automation platforms
- Certification in sales or business development (e.g., HubSpot Sales Certification).
