Job Title: B2G Relationship Manager

Activities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement managers, and other key decision-makers within government agencies.
• Understand the government’s procurement processes and requirements to effectively position the CIG’s products to meet government quality standards.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s government network.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities with government agencies, including bids, tenders, and RFPs.
• Conduct market research to identify government needs and align the company’s offerings accordingly.
• Develop and submit compelling proposals and presentations to government agencies.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for government contracts, ensuring that the company’s interests are protected.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract execution, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure that government customers are satisfied with the company’s products, services, and support.
• Address any government-related concerns or complaints promptly and effectively while maintaining strong relationships
• Build alliance with government and automotive regulatory bodies and adhere to all procurement guidelines

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong networking ability and access to government agencies and other public-private sectors.
• Passionate about driving sales and smart in closing business deals
• Must have a good communication command.
