Activities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to suit the lounge’s menu.
- Develop and create new recipes and menus to keep the offerings fresh and exciting.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in line with health and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Ensure the presentation of meals meets the lounge’s standards of quality.
- Work closely with the lounge management team to plan special events or themed nights.
- Oversee and guide kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Handle customer feedback and requests related to food and service.
