Job Title: Hotel Customer Care Representative
Job Overview
- We are looking for a friendly and proactive Hotel Customer Care Representative with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at a hotel located in Omole, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all hotel visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and hospitable experience.
- Address guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner, working to resolve issues promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with room bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures, handling room assignments, payments, and relevant documentation.
- Collect and document guest feedback and reviews, working with management to improve services where needed.
- Work closely with housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure guests’ needs are met.
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction, feedback, and service issues for management review.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Benefits
- Salary: N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
