Activities

• Manage and optimize the brand’s e-commerce platform to increase sales and customer retention.
• Analyze e-commerce data (traffic, conversion rates, sales trends) to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and personalize shopping experiences.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, creating detailed reports on website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive targeted email campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs based on customer data insights.
• Ensure seamless integration of the e-commerce platform with the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
• Work with the product and logistics teams to ensure timely updates of inventory and product listings.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an E-commerce Specialist, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Proven experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
• Excellent understanding of online consumer behavior, digital marketing strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the clothing or fashion industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies is an added advantage.
• Experience with A/B testing and user experience optimization.
