Job Title: Business Development Executive
Activities
- Should have basic CNG knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Must aligned with current CNG trends and understand the market dynamics.
- Make visit plans for the week and looking up for prospective clients.
- Make regular visits & make follow-up calls to clients.
- Reports to be maintained on a weekly basis.
- Should be able to build strong business rapport with the decision maker (procurement, ad min or whomsoever concerned for the business).
- Should be ready to work closely with the cross functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Should be able to do market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Should be well versed with Lagos locations and willing to travel within the city.
- Should be able to initiate the sales cycle and be involved in the follow ups in different stages with the clients.
- Should be able to follow up with government officials for relative documentation work from time to time with respect to the business objectives.
- Proficiency in MS office, word, excel and PowerPoint to maintain reports.
- Data consolidation and file work.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Prior experience in Oil and Gas, Solar Energy, Power Generation or CNG industry is vital.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to design and make PowerPoint presentations.
- Preferably a female.
