Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Volunteer
Activities
- Analyze and interpret HR data to support decision-making and improve organizational policies.
- Assist in and provide support in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR records, files, and databases.
- Provide support in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Help with drafting and posting job ads on various platforms.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, documents, and presentations.
- Support with general administrative tasks as needed by the HR team.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of a B.Sc Degree in any field, preferably Social Sciences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the HR profession
- Candidate must have a personal laptop.
