Job Title: Financial Controller / Strategy Manager
Activities
- Ensure sound policies, procedures and practices for the financial control and financial planning of the company utilising effective automation and technology tools;
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Organisation’s corporate, business and functional strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Good First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Field
- Second Degree (MBA, MSC), or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICMA, etc.)
- Five (5) years’ work experience in Accounting or Finance function(s) in manufacturing, financial services or other business sector
- Demonstrable exposure to or formal training in any 3 of related Fields such as corporate and financial planning, risk management, manufacturing operations, credit analysis, leadership courses, etc.
- Superior understanding of finance, financial planning, and monitoring
- Demonstrable management experience.
