Job Title: Human Resources / Administration Executive
Activities
- To provide complete Human Resource and office administration support and service with exceptional quality and reporting to senior Management.
- Ensure that all people manage policies are developed and implemented consistently updating the organization manual and guidelines. Provide strategic HR support and advice to Management, ensuring that the latest legislation and best practice is taken into account.
- Managing the office work places to ensure compliance with HSE requirement. Managing service providers to ensure good office administration.
- Contribute to the professional development of staff member appropriate to enable, them effectively undertake their employee’s relations responsibilities. Coordinate the provision of HR/ office administration, data maintenance and ensure working time information input to the HR and Payroll system to enable wages to be paid accurately and on time.
- Develop effective communication within the organisation to ensure effective and efficient staff communication and consultation. Nurture a positive working environment.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource and Office administration.
- Ensure that HR and office administration is provided to the highest quality and appropriate to the needs of the business. To constantly review internal HR processes to ensure that standard are maintained.
- To undertake project work for the Airline as requested by Management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven working experience as HR executive with at least Five (5) years’ experience.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resource metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and database.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effective interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
