Job Title: Business Development Manager

Activities

  • Identify and tap into new markets and business opportunities to drive sales.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage customer/client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups on invoices and receivables.
  • Promote our services to meet customer needs and hit sales targets.
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Overcome client objections and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Conduct surveys to assess and improve customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in the Health Insurance industry is a must.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and closing deals.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
  • Consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and seize new market opportunities.
