Job Title: Business Development Manager
Activities
- Identify and tap into new markets and business opportunities to drive sales.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage customer/client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups on invoices and receivables.
- Promote our services to meet customer needs and hit sales targets.
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Overcome client objections and provide solutions to their needs.
- Conduct surveys to assess and improve customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in the Health Insurance industry is a must.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and closing deals.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
- Consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and seize new market opportunities.
