Job Title: Sales Expert (Educational Software)
Activities
- Market Penetration: Implement effective strategies to achieve deep market penetration and meet or exceed monthly targets of engaging 50 schools.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify potential school partners, demonstrating the transformative impacts of our SaaS platform.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector to ensure long-term partnership and client retention.
- Presentation and Promotion: Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the unique advantages of our solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Serve as the critical link between clients and the product development team, providing valuable insights that drive product enhancements.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes with potential clients to secure profitable agreements that align with company goals.
- Reporting: Regularly update management on sales progress, client feedback, and overall market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the educational sector, is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Traits:
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Must possess robust analytical skills and strategic thinking.
