Job Title: Team Lead / Engineering Manager
Activities
- Research and develop designs and products
- Determine the need for training and talent development
- Hire contractors and build teams
- Ensure products have the support of upper management
- Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
- Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.
- Check team’s work for technical accuracy
- Coordinate work with other managers and staffs
Candidate Profile
- Experiences in The competence proficiency levels required for the position of Engineering Manager are defined using the following key terms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. PHP, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. Laravel, VueJs, Git).
- Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude. Operation
