Job Title: Pump House & Weigh Bridge Officer

Activities

• Ensures trucks are properly inspected and positioned on the weighbridge platform before weighing.
• Conduct regular internal weight verification checks, and daily weighbridge inspections and report any abnormality/fault to the Tank Farm Manager.
• Keeps the weighbridge office and surrounding clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.
• Takes accurate and adequate records of all activities in the weighbridge office using the necessary form or log book in line with PZ Wilmar FSMS policy.
• Troubleshoots minor problems like restarting Delphi, desktop, etc.
• To perform all tasks in line with laid down QMS, GMP, GHP, HACCP and FSMS policies.
• To comply with all safety rules and regulations in the weighbridge and companywide.
• To ensure compliance with relevant QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
• To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impacts on the environment.  

Candidate Profile

• Candidates should possess a minimum of a First Degree
• 2-5 years of work experience in a similar position
• Proactive and able to implement a continual improvement program
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
