Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer

Activities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive to use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, requirements, and technical solutions that will drive innovation.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software architecture that meets functional and non-functional requirements.
Drive the adoption of modern front-end technologies and best practices within the team, including performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
Mentor and coach other team members to improve their technical skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure that software is reliable, maintainable, and performs optimally.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in front-end software engineering.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
Understanding of software development methodologies, including agile and DevOps.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineers.
Experience with server-side technologies and full-stack development.
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
Understanding of design thinking principles and user experience (UX) design.
Experience working in an innovation lab or startup environment.
