Job Title: Branding & Creative Manager
Activities
- Ensure all marketing materials follow our brand standards.
- Grow and manage our online presence.
- Fulfill brand requests accurately, achieving awareness goals for internal and external audiences.
- Creatively communicate our mission and vision.
- Analyze brand positioning and understand consumer insights.
- Turn brand elements into actionable strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Align all marketing materials with brand standards.
- Lead creative development within the team.
- Work with the team to interpret and execute brand briefs.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs.
- Track market trends, research consumer behavior, and assess competitors’ brand positioning.
- Oversee digital marketing and advertising to meet targets and grow the brand.
- Coordinate team efforts and align brand direction, tactics, and goals.
- Provide training, and mentorship, and conduct performance appraisals for team members twice a year.
Candidate Profile
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, BA or BSc.
- 5 years of experience in sales and digital marketing in a reputable organization.
- Previous experience in Health care sector will be an added advantage.
- A clear understanding of what the entire spectrum of branding represents.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- A grounded brand strategist
- With a practical understanding of brand design and communication tools
