Activities

• Conduct on-site marketing activities to promote bank products and services, including direct engagement with potential clients.
• Develop relationships within communities to raise awareness and trust in the bank’s offerings.
• Organize and participate in local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate leads and build brand visibility.
• Distribute marketing materials and educate prospective clients on the benefits of the bank’s products.
• Track and report on field activities, providing insights on customer responses, feedback, and potential areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with branch staff and other departments to align field marketing initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or customer engagement (experience in financial services is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with traveling extensively to various locations.
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and reporting skills.
