Job Title: Part – time Customer Care Representative
Responsibilities
- Answers customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in-person about products, services, policies, and more.
- Offer guidance on product usage, troubleshooting steps, or account-related queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help customers set up, manage, and resolve issues with accounts or subscriptions
- Provide support with billing inquiries, payments, refunds, and account adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Document recurring issues or customer feedback to help improve products, services, or processes.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior representatives or other departments when necessary.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships by showing empathy and understanding during interactions.
- Gather feedback from customers on products and services, identifying trends that could impact customer satisfaction
- Work to retain customers by proactively offering solutions or alternatives when issues arise
- Continuous Learning and Improvement.
